I am sure you have had that 'awe' moment when you find a product that fulfills a void which you have been trying to fill. I had such a moment when the generous folks at Nature's Gate sent me both the Tea Tree & Blue Cypress Soothing shampoo and conditioner.

Just coming off a long winter's hibernation, not just my skin is dry and bothersome...so is my scalp. I have tried the popular drugstore shampoos/conditioners and noticed very little or no difference with use. Having been unhappy with the results of other products, I was excited to see for myself what Nature's Gate products were all about. After a while consumers become disillusioned and become naysayers, but being the eternal optimist I was wanting to give Nature's Gate a try.

With just one application I immediately noticed my scalp felt different. Right away I felt a wonderful tingling feeling and the smell of the shampoo was so fresh. With just a little dab of shampoo, I was able to fully lather my shoulder-length hair. Rinsing out the shampoo I felt my hair to be clean, without any residue left over.

The conditioner was just as nice, and left my hair feeling soft, smooth and manageable. I found it easy to comb through my naturally curly hair after towel drying, which isn't normally a small feat. I loved the way the shampoo and conditioner cleaned my hair, but, the best part...my scalp is no longer itchy. And, the fresh clean smell of the shampoo/conditioner lingered nicely.

In addition to the shampoo and conditioner Nature's Gate sent for review, they also included their Kid's Sunblock in Giggleberry scent. Unfortunately, the sun has not shone since the samples arrived and there has been no need to apply sunblock on my children when the skies are continuously cloudy and rainy.
