Today is school picture day and my girl was proudly wearing her new shoes from pediped. Now, I must explain the shoe diva that this little girl is. If we are out in a store she freaks out and wants to try on (and buy) shoes, yet she is quite discerning...and so is her momma.I understand and appreciate the importance of finding well fitting shoes, which are designed for growing children. The first thing I noticed when I opened our shoe box was the wonderful smell of leather. Mckenna is constructed of leather and suede. They have a wonderful velcro closure, making them so simple for Jillian to manage on her own. While they are (so importantly) designed for the benefit and health of children, these shoes are also incredibly fashionable and cute. The detail on Mckenna is incredible and very pretty.
Pediped's Mckenna shoe offers a cushioned arch support and a soft rubber sole, which provides excellent flexibility with each step that Jillian takes. While these are great shoes for picture day (because the look fab), they are wear-worthy each and every day of the year. Since they move as Jillian moves, they are also designed for wear during active play of a normal four year old child.
Pediped has rolled wear-ability, comfort, and style into the Mckenna...and throughout their entire of line of boys and girls shoes. I would be amiss if I didn't mention that this great pair of shoes is available for only $45.00 (US), a great value if you ask me. I think a lot of people think that this caliber of shoes is out of their reach, but really they aren't.
