Oh, so pretty! That is what I uttered when I opened my box from Enjoy Lighting. I was a tad skeptical that the candles would look authentic, but, as soon as I tore into the box I could see that Enjoy Lighting battery operated candles looked and felt like traditional wick candles. And, then I 'lit' it up. The flame flickered and danced and you would be hard pressed not to know that it wasn't a wick candle sitting on my shelf.
And, here is where my excitement began with Enjoy Lighting - I have a shelf lining my steps to the basement and for years I was wanting some kind of light on there. It is always dark and I thought it would look so nice to have something to light it up. But, without an electrical outlet I was limited in my options.
Enjoy Lighting sent me four of their fabulous candles. Two are white (3x6 and 3x4) and two are holiday gold in the same sizes. They are pillar candles that have three LED's placed and programmed to create a realistic colour and flickering effect. And, they really do look like a real flame. They are real wax candles!
Each candle needs four AA batteries to run. And, here is my favourite part - you can set a timer for your candle to come on each day at the same time. I LOVE this function. My stairwell shelf is high and I can't reach it, so my candle from Enjoy Lighting is set to come on each afternoon at 4 PM. Otherwise, it might sit there and not get turned on some days.
I love everything about Enjoy Lighting Flameless Candles. The LED bulbs are designed to last over 100 000 hours. They set the mood and ambiance you are looking for, but without the danger and soot of burning candles. With kids and pets around this is a huge benefit.
Enjoy Lighting is a smart holiday gift idea. You can purchase at retailers such as Michaels, Target and Canadian Tire...for us Canadians. I have noticed them at my local Michaels as well.
