As a mom of two active (and dirty) children hand-washing becomes one of those things in my life that I am constantly telling my children to go do....and re-do.
All mom's know that kids just don't want to take the time out from whatever they may be doing to wash their hands properly. Most times hand washing consists of a couple of quick seconds under the cold water. We all know this doesn't even take the surface dirt and grime off a child's hands. Musical Hand Wash Timer's are such a simple thing, yet it stopped the kids dead in their tracks the first time they found the timer on the soap dispenser. All of a sudden hand washing was a fun activity and they just couldn't get enough chances to run in and press the soap pump.
Musical Hand Wash Timer is a flexible topper which fits most liquid soap pumps. We were sent both the Cars and the Princess timer. These pumps play their tunes for more than 1000 times, and at the speed we are going through soap now, it won't be long before we will have to switch out the characters. Kids are told to keep their hands under the running water, scrubbing the whole time the music and lights are playing. Simple! Yet, very effective.
