yesterday i went to a breast cancer conference, last week i went to a breast cancer "celebration day", a couple of weeks ago i participated in a videotaped market research interview about my breast cancer diagnosis + treatment, + in a few weeks i'm participating in a university clinical research project for breast cancer survivors with lymphedema (painful swelling in the arm from lymph node removal surgery + mastectomy).
i'm learning to advocate for effective diagnostic technology + treatments.
