Silly arrived in our mailbox in the form of Balloonatiks, and it is pretty great for my little lunatic.
Balloonatiks is off-the-wall zaniness, bizarre super villains, wild sight-gags, and over-the-top heroics.
I sat Matthew down and asked him if he would do a product review for me. My blog and reviews is a family operation and he was happy to oblige. This time around he quickly realized this was one review geared right at him. Balloonatiks is a 23 minute animated comedy adventure. The story is of ordinary teens who are mysteriously transformed into rubbery, shape-stretching super heros who take on any of the evil doers that dare to threaten Hot Air City!Balloonatiks is a winning combination! Find me a kid who doesn't love super heros, monsters, comedy and an adventure? Matthew giggled and laughed aloud as he watched the show.
While it was pure entertainment for my son, as his mom, I loved it too! First, what parent doesn't love to hear their child's laughter? Balloonatiks is entertaining! I love the length of Balloonatiks, I like that he isn't plunked down in front of the tv for a long period of time. Balloonatiks ~ The Collector's Set is a perfect addition to the series of comic and games, two paperbacks, and an interactive website. My bet is this isn't the last we are going to see of the Balloonatiks on dvd...at least I hope not!
