I have just spent two weeks enjoying sunshine, sand and surf. I will be brutally honest here, what better place is there for people watching then the beach? And, over the last two weeks I saw it all. I am normally pretty liberated and feel that if a person is comfortable letting it all hang out, then I say go for it. But, I will say there is a limit. Letting it all hang out is one thing, but wearing a swim suit that doesn't fit is a completely different situation.

Sending me a swim suit for my review made my holiday...I basically lived in this great swim suit for the last two weeks.

I received a Beach Belle Sweet Thing Plus Size Halter Skirtini.

It is a black two piece swim suit. The top ties around my neck and has a cute little pink sash to give me a waist line (which is super cute). Plus, the pink sash gives the suit a punch of colour. I have a great tan on my back, due to the low(er) back of this swimsuit top. The bottom is a swim skirt, this is the only way I will ever go. The skirt gives just a little extra bit of coverage and I think they are a much sexier alternative to a regular bathing suit bottom when you are a little larger than you were when you were a teenager.

I felt great in my swim suit, I was proud to wear it not just on the beach, but also into beach shops. I don't think I ever once had to re-adjust my bottoms and never worried about exposing more than I wanted to.

I was really happy that I found my swim suit to be true to size, I often have trouble when buying online getting the proper sizing, but no issues here. Their customer service was excellent and my purchase was shipped right to my door within a couple of days. When browsing the site I was pleased to find that the swimsuits are modeled on 'real' women. The plus sized suits are pictured on like-sized girls.

The quality of my swim suit is great, there were no loose threads or fraying. After two weeks of wear and tear and a couple of washings it still looks as good as it did when it came out of the package.
