When did a baby grow up?

Yesterday was a P.D. day for my kids. My oldest daughter went to the community center and took the babysitter's course! It just seems like yesterday I was a young girl at that same community center taking the babysitting course.

Now, of course back then it was free. Today, it is $45.00.

Emily took my old cabbage patch doll as her 'baby'. I took that same doll when I took the course years before her.

What a bittersweet moment when your first baby is now old enough to take care of other children. By the way, she loved the course and came home pumped up to be a certified babysitter.

How did this happen? Where did the last twelve years go?
