Fact is though, that since I have received a Cozy Sleeping Bag for review, I am amending my initial recommendation to a say a sleeping bag.

While we know there are no guarantees, we do know that by following the tips I listed above, we can help to reduce the risk of SIDS. In my opinion one of the most important things we can do is ensuring our babies have a safe sleep. The Cozy Sleeping Bag replace loose blankets in your babies crib or bassinet. The Cozy Sleeping Bag is securely placed on your baby, (just as the name suggests as a sleeping bag). It zips up the front and they are available in four sizes - newborn to 24 months. They are made to fit your baby, and as your baby grows you can move up a size.
Aden + Anais Cozy Sleeping Bag is made of muslin cotton, which is very breathable, and helps to prevent overheating. Aden + Anais has perfected the art of using muslin for their baby blankets and sleeping bags. They realized the benefit of muslin that mothers have known for years and brought it mainstream and to the attention of mothers everywhere.

Thank you to Aden + Anais for being a supporter of SIDS Awareness month and sharing the benefits of muslin and the cozy sleeping bag in the prevention of SIDS.
